Property and Cancellation Policies

Free cancellation: You may cancel free of charge up to 1 day before your check-in date. Cancellations made within this period will receive a full refund, processed via PayPal to the same payment source used for the booking. Please note that no-shows are non-refundable.

Base rate / Standard rate / Non refundable: for cancellations made at any time the total amount is not refundable.

 

No show policy: In the event of a no-show or failure to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, the reservation will be cancelled, and applicable charges will apply according to the selected rate plan. If unforeseen circumstances such as flight delays or cancellations occur, please contact us as soon as possible at booking@masayana.com so we can assist you and manage your reservation accordingly.


Dates change : We will do our best to accommodate changes to your reservation dates; however, all date changes are subject to room availability.

 

Payment
The full reservation amount is payable via PayPal through a secure payment system. A PayPal account is not required; payment can be made using a debit or credit card.

Prices and Taxes
Prices are those published at the time the reservation is made. Any offers or promotions released after the booking date cannot be applied retroactively. All applicable taxes are included in the displayed rates.

Reservation Policy
Your reservation is guaranteed until the day of arrival. After that time, it will no longer be guaranteed and the room may be reassigned. We will charge your credit card after we have confirmed your reservation. The hotel has the right to cancel your reservation if we do not receive the Pre-Payment Deposit. We will send you a cancellation confirmation via email immediately after cancelling your booking.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms vary depending on the selected rate plan. Please refer to the specific conditions indicated at the time of booking.

Check-in / Check-out
Check-in is from 2PM to 8PM.
Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and can only be completed after full payment. Room keys are provided at check-in; a lost key incurs a ₱1,000 fee.

In compliance with Philippine law, foreign guests must present a valid passport, and Filipino guests must present a valid National ID. No other forms of identification are accepted.

Our receptionist will provide useful information about local shops, dining, sights, and activities. For late check-in, please inform us in advance, as we cannot guarantee access without prior notice.

Check out is max. until 11AM.

Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Guests staying past this time will incur a ₱500 late check-out fee, which does not grant permission to extend the stay.

Please return your room key to the reception at check-out. If the reception is closed, you may leave it with any Masayana team member or inside your room.

A detailed inspection of the room is usually conducted after check-out, and the hotel reserves the right to charge for any damages or breakages discovered before the room is re-occupied.

Luggage storage
Luggage storage is available subject to space at the reception. Guests may store their luggage at their own risk, and the hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage.

Traveling with Minors
The property is not equipped to accommodate children. Minors are only allowed when traveling with a parent, and the total occupancy of the room must not exceed two persons, including the child.

Pets
Pets are not allowed in the hotel premises.

Parking
There is parking only available for motorbikes. Cars, vans or similar size of transportation can’t reach Masayana. You can park your motorbike inside the premises in the designated parking area at the end of the entrance path.

Dispute resolution / Issues
Any disputes arising from the reservation or stay will first be addressed directly with the hotel management. Guests agree to communicate in good faith to resolve issues amicably.

Use of personal information

Liability
The hotel is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, except where required by law. Guests are responsible for their own property and personal safety.

 

Force majure
The hotel is not responsible for any failure or delay in providing services due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to power outages, typhoons, floods, internet or communication failures, natural disasters, or government restrictions.

 

Third party rights
These terms and conditions are intended for the benefit of the hotel and guests only. No third party may enforce any part of these terms.

 

Waiver
Failure by the hotel to enforce any term of these policies does not constitute a waiver of the hotel’s rights.

 

Management right
Guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and must not cause any disturbance or nuisance to other guests or hotel staff. The hotel reserves the right to take appropriate action in cases of misconduct, including issuing warnings, involving local authorities, or, if necessary, terminating the guest’s stay without refund.

 

Severance
If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.


Goverment rules and regulations
Guests are required to observe and comply with all applicable laws, government rules, and regulations of the Philippines in force during their stay.

 

Amendment of Policies
The management reserves the right to modify, update, or amend any of the above terms, conditions, or rules as necessary.
