Scope of application
The Terms and Conditions shall govern any accommodation agreements or any other related contracts entered into between the hotel and the guest (including guests using rooms for teleworking within the day, etc.; the same shall apply hereinafter), and any matters not stipulated in the Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws and regulations (Laws and regulations or those based on the law of the Philippines. The same shall apply in the following.) as well as generally established customs.
Payment
The full reservation amount is paid through Paypal. No Paypal account is needed, only a debit/credit card.
Cancelation Policy
The cancellation policy of any reservation may vary depending on the room rates, occupancy levels, availability or other Hotel requirements. The cancellation policy will normally be provided to you along with the confirmation of your reservation. Any cancellation of your reservation through this Website must comply with the cancellation policy applicable to the reservation.
If booked with Standard rate: free cancellation made 1 day prior check in. The full amount will be refunded through Paypal to the same source from where it was paid.
If booked with Breakfast included free cancellation: free cancellation made 1 day prior check in. The full amount will be refunded through Paypal to the same source from where it was paid. After checked in, for whatever reason may arise and breakfast is not taken, breakfast is not refundable with cash.
If booked Non refundable / Website rate: for cancellations made at any time the total amount is not refundable.
Dates change : we will do our best to change your dates but we can’t assure it as it depends upon room availability.
Prices and Taxes
Prices are the published ones on the date of booking or reservation by customer. Any offer published after booking date can’t be applied. Taxes are included following Philippines law.
Reservation policy
Your reservation is guaranteed until the day of arrival. After that time, it will no longer be guaranteed and the room may be reassigned. The hotel has the right to cancel your reservation if we do not receive the Pre-Payment Deposit. We will send you a cancellation confirmation via email immediately after cancelling your booking.
Check in
Check-in is from 2PM to 8PM.
Please note that check-in cannot be completed until full payment. A room key is provided at check-in time after the full rental amount has been settled. Key lost has an extra charge of 1,000Php.
During the check-in process, our receptionist will provide you with any information which may be required during your stay such as the location of near-by shops, good places where you can eat, sights you may like to see, places to go at night, etc. Always ask our receptionist for anything that would make your stay more enjoyable and convenient.
For later check-in, please let us know in advance that we can help you. If there is no notification about it, we are not responsible if entry is possible.
Check out is max. until 11AM.
Check out max. time is at 11:00am. For guests staying passed 11:00am a fine of 500Php will be applied. This fine doesn’t give the right to overstay.
At check-out time please drop keys to the reception area. If reception is closed, give it to someone of Masayana team or inside your room. Please note that a more detailed inspection of the room is usually made after the check-out time and we reserve the right to make charges for any damages or breakages found before the room is occupied again.
Luggage storage
Luggage storage is subject to the availability of the luggage space, the guest can store luggage in the reception, at the guest sole risk as to loss or damage from any cause.
Guest belongings
Guest are particularity requested to lock the door of their rooms when going out and/or going to bed. the management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss and/or damage to the guest belongings or any other property from either the hotel room or any part of the hotel for any cause whatsoever including theft or pilferage.
Traveling with Minors
Children are not allowed due lack of proper facilities and amenities to accommodate them. Unless the minor is traveling together with one of the direct parents, and the total persons per room is 2 counting the child.
Pets
Pets are not allowed in the hotel premises.
Parking
There is parking only available for motorbikes. Cars, vans or similar size of transportation can’t reach Masayana. You can park your motorbike inside the premises in the designated parking area at the end of the entrance path.

Management right
It is agreed that the guest will conduct him/himself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the hotel premises, to other guests and to any hotel team member.
GOVERMENT RULES REGULATION AND APPLICATION OF LAW guest are requested to observe, abide by confirming to and be bound by all applicable acts, laws and government rules and regulations in force from time to time.
MANAGEMENT RESERVES TO ITSELF THE RIGHT TO ADD TO, ALTER, AMEND ANY OF THE ABOVE TERMS, CONDITION AND RULES WHICH ARE A PART AND AN ABSTRACT OF THE LOGING ACT.
