How to get to El Nido

By foot -Wanderlust

El Nido town is compact and easy to explore on foot. Restaurants, shops, cafés, and small services are generally located close to one another, making walking a practical way to move around.

Walking also allows you to experience the town at a slower pace, passing through small streets and local areas that are part of everyday life in El Nido.

Philippino way –Tricycle or Jeepney

For destinations outside El Nido town, local transport is the easiest option. Beaches such as Nacpan and Las Cabañas, as well as the airport, van terminal, and ferry terminal, are located several kilometers away.

Tricycles are commonly used for short trips around El Nido, while jeepneys are an option for longer routes, including travel north of town. Both are affordable and widely used by locals.

Driving –Motorbike or car

Renting a motorbike or car allows for more flexibility when exploring El Nido and nearby beaches. This option is often chosen for reaching places such as Nacpan or Duli Beach, where public transport is limited.

Road conditions can be uneven, with steep sections, sharp turns, and unpaved areas outside town. Driving is best suited for those who feel comfortable on rural roads and have experience riding a motorbike.
