Located just a ten-minute walk from Town square El Nido, Masayana offers a quiet, nature-filled setting. The beach is only a minute away, with beautiful views of Cadlao Island.

Breakfast: 7:15–10:00 (delivered to your room or served in the restaurant area; ordering the day before is recommended).

Swimming pool: 9:00–22:00.
Pool bar: 14:30 – 22:30 (Happy hour Cocktails 16:00 – 18:00).
Purified water: refill your bottle at reception and reuse it whenever possible to help reduce plastic waste.
Housekeeping: daily; towels are changed only upon request to avoid unnecessary environmental impact. Please use the sign in your room if you prefer privacy or do not wish to have housekeeping.
First aid kit: available at reception; please use with care.
Parking: available for motorbikes only; car parking is not available.
Please turn off the air conditioning when leaving the room to help care for the environment.
No smoking inside the rooms; please use the designated outdoor areas. Thank you.
Please flush human waste only in the toilet. Paper, tampons, and wipes should be disposed of in the bin to help protect El Nido’s sanitation system.
Please do not eat inside the room, as food remains may attract insects and unwanted animals.
Please keep noise to a minimum between 22:30 and 7:00 to ensure everyone’s rest. Thank you.
Please keep the key in a safe place; replacement has an additional cost.
In case of power outages, the generator operates for 4 hours and rests for 1 hour to minimize emissions and noise.
Please use water mindfully, especially during the dry season.
For security and comfort, only registered guests are allowed in the rooms.
